Banana ecstasy and $7000 cash seized
/On Monday 30 November 2015, Geraldton Detectives arrested a 20 year old Drummond Cove man with attempting to possess 200 grams (7 ounces) of MDMA in the form of ‘banana’ ecstasy pills.
A subsequent search of the man's Drummond Cove house located approx. $7,000 cash believed to be from the sales of Prohibited Drugs.
The man was charged with:
1 x Attempt to Possess Prohibited Drug (MDMA) with intent to sell / supply and
1 x Possess Unlawfully Obtained Property (cash)
He will appear in Geraldton Magistrates Court later this month.
