Should there be a designated place for drivers to hoon?

After Geraldton MLA Ian Blayney announced that 5 vehicles had been taken off the road in March as part of the Government's anti-hoon laws, it sparked conversation with people on Everything Geraldton. One Everything Geraldton user commented on Facebook, "Geraldton needs a safe place for people to drag/drift and race their cars and motorcycles. This would solve half the problems."

Others had the same idea.
