What a day in the life of our Horticultural Support Coach look like:

*Supporting a team of horticultural employees to achieve their employment goals.

*Maintenance of gardens both residential and commercial.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

What our next Property Care Coach will have:

*Be based in Geraldton

*Commitment to the development of the team.

*Experience in supporting people with a disability would be desirable

*Previous experience in garden maintenance or horticulture

*Previous environmental weed control/herbicide experience preferred.

*Demonstrated experience and knowledge of safe working practices.

*A current pesticide licence through Department of Health (desirable, but not necessary)

*A current C Class Drivers Licence

Service Coordinator/Administrator

Cramer & Neill are looking for a Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our friendly office team. 

The role of Service Coordinator/Administrator assists the Service Manager in the orderly running of the Service Department, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in Service Dept. Customers and liaise with Maintenance Clients.

• Logging and Scheduling of service, breakdown, and ongoing maintenance works.

• Coordinating Site Mobilizations and Inductions.

• Vetting completed works prior to invoicing.

• Overseeing Safety Training & Inductions

We are Looking for someone with:

• A friendly and professional phone manner.

• Very good written and oral communication skills.

• Great time management and organization skills

• Ability to be adaptable, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong computer skills. Experience with Simpro will be highly regarded, but it is not essential, as training will be provided.
