Serious assault on Taxi driver - witnesses needed
/Police are asking for the public's assistance regarding a serious assault on a taxi driver in Geraldton.
- Incident occurred outside Turkish Kebabs on Chapman Road
- It occurred approx 2:00am Sunday morning 14/6/15
- Driver was hit in face and knocked unconscious
- He then hit head on pavemant when he fell
- Victim was flown to Perth with serious head injuries
Geraldton Detective are appealing for witnesses and would like to speak with anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident who may have witnessed the incident or anyone acting suspiciously.
