Stabbing in Karloo

Approximately 7:30pm yesterday a man was stabbed while walking home near Assen St and Abraham St. According to family of the man, "two men walked past, tapped him on the shoulder, then stabbed him."

It is not known at this point if the suspects are known by the man.

The victim was taken to Geraldton Regional Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. Geraldton Police say he has been released from hospital.

Geraldton Detectives are continuing their investigations.
