WARNING! Change your online passwords everywhere

If you haven’t heard about the Heartbleed bug yet, or don’t particularly want to read a lot of technical internet jargon, here’s what you need to know. Recently a major security hole was found to exist in many thousands of websites and internet services.

Hackers have had the ability to wander in and obtain valuable information like usernames and passwords, and at this stage any damage done is unknown.

It is being widely advised that everybody change their passwords for all their online services, especially important accounts like banking, email, social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc), and file sharing (Dropbox etc).

Remember to never use the same password on multiple accounts.
