Crash into traffic lights Place Rd - Cables sparking underneath

There's been a car crash on Place Rd at the new traffic lights.

The Ford Falcon involved in the incident is currently parked on top of a traffic light.

The power to be killed shortly as it is sparking underneath the vehicle,  posing a hazard.

Please avoid area if possible.

Noone appears to have been hurt in the accident.

It is unclear when the traffic lights will be able to repaired and be functional again. Police are in the rain directing traffic.
