Midwest Family Support Network supports and assists families, young people up to 25 years of age and children to access services.

We will provide advice and support to you when you are experiencing difficulties to help you solve problems or to stop them getting worse.

  • We will help you identify your supports and talk to you about how these can help you with your difficulties.
  • We will connect you to community resources and services.
  • We will only share information about you with other agencies with your consent
  • We will help you to access the right services easily and quickly, without you having to re tell your story over and over.
  • We work in partnership across agencies within the network and outside the network to help you.
